PETCO will unveil their new Henrietta store located at 300 Hylan Drive with a fun-filled grand opening weekend on Saturday and Sunday, October 21 and 22, 2000.
Visitors to the store are encouraged to bring in their pets for special activities such as the Pet/Owner Look-Alike Contest and the Cute Pet Trick Contest. For the kids, there will be a face-painting clown. There will also be information available about obedience training, low-cost vaccinations and animal adoptions.
"We're excited to be bringing PETCO to Henrietta," says Store Manager Jim McCormick. "I think customers will be extremely impressed by our large selection of premium pet foods as well as our knowledgeable associates," McCormick added. The 14,700 square foot store features a small animal and reptile area, fresh and saltwater fish aquariums and a bird room.
Store hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Saturday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday.
