Pet-related fun will mark the grand opening of the Baldwin PETCO located at 806 Sunrise Highway on Saturday and Sunday, August 18 and 19, 2001.
Everyone is encouraged to bring in their furry friends to participate in the Costume and Trick Contests. In addition, there will be free toenail trims, information about obedience training, vaccination information and a pet photographer. For the kids, there will be a clown offering face painting and a Moonbounce. Last Hope Adoption group will also be on hand to provide pet adoptions and information throughout the weekend.
"We love to see our extended family, so feel free to bring your pets in anytime," says Store Manager Joel Lundenberg. The 15,026 square foot store features a small animal and reptile area, fresh and saltwater fish aquariums, a bird room and a grooming salon to open soon.
