Jeffrey Naylor

Jeff Naylor has served as a member of Petco’s board of directors and chair of its Audit Committee since August 2026. Mr. Naylor brings extensive retail, financial, and strategic planning experience to our Board. He served as a senior executive of the TJX Companies, Inc., a leading retailer of apparel and home fashions, from 2004 until 2014, holding roles including Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. In these roles, he was responsible for, among other things, financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, internal audit, information technology, risk management, legal, and strategic planning. Prior to TJX, Mr. Naylor held senior finance roles at Big Lots, Inc., Dade Behring, Inc., The Limited, Inc., Sears Roebuck, and Kraft Foods. Mr. Naylor currently serves as Chair of the Board of Synchrony Financial and as a director of Wayfair, Inc., where he chairs the Audit Committee. He previously served on the boards of Dollar Tree, Emerald Holding, and The Fresh Market. Mr. Naylor received a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
