David Lubek

David Lubek has been a member of Petco’s board of directors since June 29, 2023. Mr. Lubek is Managing Director, Direct Private Equity at CPP Investments, which he joined in September 2008. Prior to joining CPP Investments, Mr. Lubek worked at CIBC World Markets in the Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking group. Mr. Lubek also serves on the board of directors of Qualtrics. Mr. Lubek holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
